Co-Founder and Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Security and Cooperation Centre (USCC) and a military and political analyst specialising in strategic communications, public administration, and military-civilian engagement.
He has held advisory and leadership roles across central and local government, including serving as Adviser to the Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration and as Head of the Communications Centre Sector of the Kyiv City State Administration. Earlier in his career, he worked as an adviser in the Ukrainian Parliament, focusing on policy development and public communications.
Between 2014 and 2019, he led Canadian humanitarian initiatives supporting Ukraine’s defence efforts during the Anti-Terrorist Operation / Joint Forces Operation (ATO/JFO), coordinating international assistance through the Friends of Ukraine Defence Forces Fund. He has been actively engaged with the Ukrainian diaspora in North America and regularly participates in international forums.
He has also contributed to strengthening Ukraine’s international partnerships, including organising high-level visits of foreign delegations and preparing analytical materials for US government institutions on Ukraine’s security challenges.
He regularly provides expert commentary for Ukrainian and international media on the Russian-Ukrainian war, Russian influence operations, and broader geopolitical developments.
