About the USCC
The Ukrainian Security and Cooperation Centre is an independent analytical centre operating in the fields of Ukraine’s national, information, and international security. The Centre’s core mission is to identify, analyse, and proactively counter contemporary security threats, with a particular focus on Russia’s war against Ukraine, including disinformation, information and psychological operations, and hybrid influence conducted by the Russian Federation.
USCC experts carry out systematic monitoring of the information environment and produce analytical reports, research papers, and recommendations for state authorities, security and defence institutions, and civil society. The Centre’s activities are aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defence capability, enhancing the state’s internal resilience, and improving the effectiveness of Ukraine’s strategic communications at both national and international levels.
