The resilience of Ukrainians lies in their unwavering belief in their own strength, in victory, and in the certainty that all Russian war criminals will be brought to justice.

About project

The team of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation was among the first to collect photo and video evidence of crimes committed by Russians in Ukraine in newly de-occupied territories of the Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions, as well as in frontline areas of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

Due to censorship restrictions, we cannot show you the murdered Ukrainians who did not survive torture or were killed by Russian soldiers with shots to the back of the head. We cannot show you those maimed as a result of missile and artillery shelling. We cannot show what Russian military aggression truly looks like, because it is hidden in shattered lives.

HOWEVER, WE CAN TELL THESE STORIES

Through the stories of thousands killed and wounded by the war, through stories of destroyed residential buildings, educational, sports, and administrative facilities. Through the stories of people who survived after losing everything.

Exhibition

Information about future exhibitions of the photo project will be published on the UCSS pages.
The photo exhibition was first presented on February 24, 2023, in front of one of the UN headquarters in Geneva, as the greatest punishment for the aggressor would be its exclusion from the UN Security Council. As long as the right of veto remains in the hands of a terrorist, we cannot speak of peace on a global scale.

About the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation

Introduction to the topic

This is a sample placeholder text created to fill the page and demonstrate the structure of a future article. It helps evaluate the appearance of the content, typography, and the overall composition of the page. The text carries no semantic meaning but fully reflects the formatting of real material.

Main information

This section contains another block of placeholder text used to model real content. It may include several sentences of varying length to better reproduce the appearance of actual text. Such placeholders are often used when creating website layouts and filling templates.

Details and additional information

Extended placeholder text makes it possible to check how a page behaves with a larger amount of text. This is convenient for testing margins, line spacing, font styles, and the behavior of responsive elements under different conditions.
