Expert at the Ukrainian Security and Cooperation Centre (USCC) and Director of the Department of History and Philosophy at the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine. She specialises in the intersection of historical research, strategic culture, and security policy.
Her academic background includes international research experience through the Bundestag fellowship programme, an internship at the Free University of Berlin, and archival work in Germany supported by the German-Ukrainian Commission of Historians. She is the author of a monograph on Vasyl Kuk, the last commander of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, contributing to the study of Ukrainian resistance movements and historical memory.
Currently, she plays a key role in shaping the next generation of Ukraine’s security and military leadership through her work at the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine, where she oversees academic programmes in history and philosophy. She also provides expert commentary for Ukrainian and international media on historical memory, identity, and their implications for contemporary security and geopolitical developments.
