Ukrainian security and cooperation centre (USCC) is an independent analytics centre that specialises on national security aspects. Our mission is to support Ukrainian defence capability through analytics, strategic communications and partner projects that support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
We are looking for an Interviewer (Outbound and Inbound Lines) to conduct telephone surveys, answer incoming calls, and complete questionnaires—someone who shares our values and is committed to contributing to the strengthening of the state.
Candidate requirements:
- Share the team’s values: support for Ukraine’s independence and sovereignty, and strengthening the state through professional activities.
- Fluency in Ukrainian, good spelling, and clear diction.
- Good communication skills and confidence in telephone conversations.
- High level of responsibility and respect for the person on the other end of the line.
- Preferred: a college degree in sociology, communications, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls using a prepared contact list.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Conducting short interviews following a script.
- Accurately recording responses according to established templates.
- Teamwork under the supervision of a manager.
- Working in CRM
We offer:
- Stable hourly pay (fixed rate + KPI).
- Work in a comfortable office in Podil (Kyiv).
- Full-time schedule Monday through Friday or part-time: eather from 10:00 to 14;30; or from 14:30 to 19:00.
