In the winter of 2022, the full-scale invasion began, and frontline regions found themselves on the brink of a humanitarian crisis. As a result, a decision was made to establish a separate humanitarian line of activity focused on addressing civilian needs.
The Kharkiv region was among the first to face the threat of occupation and continues to resist the invaders. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, our team of volunteers has been working in the most challenging areas, providing assistance to the population as well as to social and civilian infrastructure.
The Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation ‘Ukrainian Centre for Security and Cooperation’” has been operating since early March 2022 and, as of April 2024, has already supported more than 120,000 people. The Center’s work covers over 85 settlements in the Kharkiv region and other affected regions.

The current war is a constant competition of modern technologies. Therefore, once again, there is a need to strengthen one of the most combat-ready units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — the Kraken Special Operations Detachment — with advanced technological solutions.
For this purpose, we are launching a fundraising campaign with a goal of $500,000 to purchase ground and FPV drones, electronic warfare and reconnaissance equipment, as well as ammunition produced in Ukraine. We are enhancing the combat capabilities of special forces and supporting domestic manufacturers.

The CHARITABLE FOUNDATION “UKRAINIAN CENTRE FOR SECURITY AND COOPERATION” collects charitable donations in the form of monetary contributions to continuously support Ukrainian military manufacturers and combat units (including the “Kraken” special unit, the 32nd Separate Mechanized Brigade, and others).
