Over the course of more than a year of full-scale invasion, the front lines in Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions were pushed back by Ukrainian military forces practically to the border with Russia. It was precisely during that time when the residents of Belgorod region and other bordering territories, who had been considering buying summer plots in Ukraine, fully experienced life under the “cotton explosions” and the actions of Russian volunteer battalion fighters, as well as the Kremlin’s actual “concern” for the “Russian-speaking population”.

Serhii Kuzan, Co-founder and Chairman of Ukrainian Security and Cooperation Center appealed to public and politicians during a demonstration in Munich
On February 18 at the main square in Munich, the demonstration for the exclusion of Russia from the UN Security Council took place. The demonstration was held during the Summit of the G7 Foreign Ministers and the Munich Security Conference. Leading German politicians, members of the Bundestag, and a delegation of USCC took part in this demonstration.
Russia has not returned to its permanent location all the units involved in large-scale military exercises earlier this year, but has only increased its contingent in Crimea.
